Peace Country Land Ltd. was established in 1994 by Garry and Janine Mandric. Garry had worked extensively in the Peace Country in his early career as a land agent and Janine was born and raised southwest of Beaverlodge where her family continues to run a large ranching operation to this day.
With the addition of business partners Brenda Hopkins and Brent Opdahl in 2005, we have grown from a small office into a fully staffed team with over 100 years of experience in land acquisition / environmental solutions. With projects all over the province of Alberta, we have the experience and proven process for the smooth handling of each project and quick turn around times.
Peace Country Land Ltd. works with partners in the industry in the development of software to enhance the tracking of a large volume of work as well as with the Crown through the many process changes we have seen.
